Jn a reserved judgment delivered to-day Mr Stout, S.M., dismissed foil r charges of besetting relief workers agains: John Blair, restaurant keeper and one similar charge against Albert- Lewis, labourer, on the groimd that the evidence wa s not sufficient to disclose any foundation on. which the Court, cold hold that the nets of -th e defendants were intended to intimidate relief workers and make them abstain from dying any act they were legally entitled to do.
