POLICEMAN KILLED
CLASH WITH BFROLARS TWO OTHERS WOUNDED lAust. ancl N.Z Cable, San Francisco, June 0. A policeman was killed, two other officers were wounded, and an asserted burglar was wounded late last night in an attempted burglary of a residence at 25(1 James Drive. Two patrol ears were summoned from rlie bureau of inspectors anl the Hall of Justice when it .was reported that there were robbers in the house listed as: being occupied by Mrs. Bert Nelson. Nothing was heard of the patrol cars until an emergency call for two ambulances was received. If. was stated that one ix>] unx-officer was dead, two wounded and an alleged burglar was in a dying -condition.
