BEFORE THE COURT HE WAS REMANDED (Per Press Association). Christchurch, April 8. In the Magistrate’s Court ,' Alfred Gillespie, a contractor, 25, was charged on two counts that, ou, 29th April, at Morrinsville, while acting as treasurer for the Terriers .Football Club he received sums of £ll 15s and £4 2 S belonging to the club aid fraudulently omitted to account for them. Tile accused was reminded to appear al Morrinsville on 11th April. Bail was allowed.
