VICTIM OF CROSSING SMASH <Per Pres s Association > Gisborne, March 18. The condition of Kenneth Stepher the victim of yesterday’s level crost ing smash, .is reported to he serious. His injuries at first were thought not to he serious, but ' t later developed that Mr Stephens had suffered a fracture of the skull.
