TWO CABINET MINISTERS (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) (Received March ]9, 10.30 a.m.) Canberra, March 19. Cabinet discussed Mr Williams* charges of corruption with mining claims in Papua against two Federal Ministers -Messrs Theodore and Beasley. Premier Scultin states that the Ministers were blameless. Tlie ordinances arc based on the Australian mining laws and certain alterations covering New Guinea’s conditions formulated by the Info Government were raf.ifiied by the present Cabinet.
