The 38th issue of Afessrs Stone, Son and Co.’s directory for AVellington Hawke’s Bay and Taranaki has been issued and has been added to and improved in various ways. All tho information contained in this, concise volume has been obtained from official and other reliable sources, and the greatest care lias been taken by the publishers in its compilation. Covering three large districts the directory is necessarily larger than those for other provinces, hut so effective is the system of references used that the hook is not unweildy or cumbersome. There are nearly 1000 of these references in the alphabetical division, and besides the street, country, trades, and miscellaneous directories there is a fund of valuable information relating to the Dominion as a whole.
