Wakelv, West Coast (N.l) champion, over half a mile, by three-quarters of a length,, in GO 2-dsecs hotli off scratch. Tlie two riders found their handicaps too severe in other events, hut Grose, off scratch against four E grade cyclists covered five laps to win in, 2.14 3-5.
