C.—COUNTRY SCHOOLS; CIIAI, LENGE TROPHY. Awarded to school gaining most points in Sections U and N. Points to Count:. 5,3, 1. GENERAL INFORMATION PRIZES AND TROPHIES ... In all Events, Certificates of Record will he awarded to Ist, 2nd, and 3rd. Points 3,2, 3, will he awarded to Ist, 2nd, and 3rd competitors in all events. The points gained by the competitors from each school will be totalled, and a sum of money, based on the points won, will be paid to the sports fuud of each school. CONDITIONS 1. —All events are held under the rules of the N.Z.A.A.A. j—in all events competitors must he under the age of 15 years on March 30, 1028, from which date all ages are to be reckoned. B.—Entry, fee in each event 3d. 4. —Competitors in sack races must bring their own sacks. Girls in skipping . races must provide their own ropes. 5. —No entries will be accepted that are not on the prescribed forms and accompanied by fees. (5. —Competitors may not run in spiked shoes. 7. —Entries close with the lion. Xecretarv at 5 p.m. on FRIDAY, February 17, 1928. REGISTRATION OF SCHOOLS, etc. 1. —All schools must register annually. Fees: Grade 3 or under, 2/0: ail other schools 7/0. Note: Should the subs, of the members of the staff be equal to these amounts, the payment registers the school. 2. —The Secretary will register School Colours on the written request of the head teacher. 3. —All competitors must appear in full school costume or they will not be permitted to run. 4. The colours of the Association are black, green and gold, and no school may register thesewolours. 5. —On Sports Day all Oflicials will wear a rosette of the Association’s colours. Note. —Full School Costume in the case of hoys means singlet and shorts. Teachers are particularly requested to see that Clause 3 is complied with.
