The army being reorganised, in order to reduce the cadres and rearm the feces with more modern weapons. The reductions affect 500 officers and the new peace strength will he 4100 officers and 26.000 men of oilier ranks. The mobilisation strength will he 8000 officers and '2-10,000 men of oilier ranks.
The military budget entails an expendilnre of 0250,000 additional to the budget, of the army estimates. The arms as far as possible will be obtained from Rrytain.
