ADMISSION TO A COMMITTEE

After a silence of three years, Milton Everhart, son-in-law of A. BFall, has admitted having transported the latter 30-1,000 dollars in cash and liberty bond* given him ivy Sinclair for the lease of. the ieaoot Dome naval reserve in 1922. The explanation at' that time was thatSinclair had purchased a. third inter, est in the Falls cattle ranchesEverhart to-day appeared as a witness before a Senate Committee which is resuming the oil investigations.

MOVE TO PREVENT SALES
The Navy has made a move against the Royal Dutch Shell Company, through an effort to prevent the Honolulu Consolidated Oil Company from the File Hills oil reserve, which Is again under Navy control. Air Wilbur has appointed a Navy Roar J to draft recommendations for legislation to prevent all such sales of cvJ to foreign trade.
