REP. TRIAL MATCHES. The fixtures for Saturday next will be postponed and in tlieir place will lie held ladies’ and men’s representative triitl matches. Teams will he selected to defend the Harper Cup (ladies) and to attempt the recovery of the Winter Shield (men’s). The Feilding Association has also entered ii challenge efor the- Nopera Cup (ladies’) and local followers of the game are promised first class hockey in the shape of representatives fixtures in the near future. OROFA SI B-UNION TOURNAMENT AT KI AY 1 TEA The Oroua Hockey Rub-Association bolds a seveiii-aside- tournament at Kiwi tea.- on Wednesday next for the sub-association badges. Teams have entered from, all parts of the district and it is to bo hoped that the gathering Vi ill be favoured with fine weather.
