MY LADY’S HATS.
DUCHESS OF YORK PLANS HER OWN. London, January 4. The Duchess of York’s hats include 15 planned by herself and made by a girl milliner formerly employed by the /firm which supplied most of the Duchess’ trousseau, and who has lately set up in business for herself. With the milliner’s help the Duchess planned the hats to wear with hot weather frocks, mostly of crinoline straw in white, pink, flr blue, and of a shape which Her Royal Highness prefers, wide at the sides, upturned in the front, with arch shaped brim, and nsulaly just a simple’ flower or feather ornamentation. None indicate startling changes of fashion. ‘ •
