Owing to the hold-up oi the Ulimaroa, tlie New Zealand cricketers are unable to return on Friday, as originally arranged. They play Newcastle on Friday and Saturday, and are endeavouring to meet the Maitland eleven on Monday and Tuesday. Manager Peake says he has received a telegram from Adelaide stating that the South Australian Association has decided to give the whole of the net proceeds of the match played there, amounting to £455, to the New Zealand Council. If the suggested match at Wellington on the team’s return is definitely arranged, the whole team v\ ill sail Ijv the Maunganui on the loth inst.
