PENALTY FOR BIGAMY
(Per Ptpwj Christchurch, July 2.1. At the Supreme Court John Ceorgo Burgess, aged 01, a builder for committing bigamy was sentenced to three months’ hard labour. The Crown staled that the ease had few redeeming lea-lures. It was curious in that the wile liced oulc a short distance from where Burgess and the other woman had lived.
