THIS WEEK’S RESIN ESS BUDGET’ COALING DOWN. (Per Pres*- Association.) Wellington, July 29. 'Flie principal event in’the House of Representatives this week will be the presentation of the Budget which will indicate the legislation the Government proposes to bring down thin session. 'File House will lesuuie to-morrow *iFtoi*iloon. It is probable that Tuesday and Wednesday will he devoted to Government routine business and that the A!mister of Finance, the Hon. Air Noswmthy will introduce the Budget on Thursday or Friday.
