The disqualification clause prohibits the election to Fire Boards oF alien persons of unsound mind, iimksohadged bankrupts, persons convicted and imprisoned persons holding ol office or place ol profit under or in the gilt ol ihc Board, and persons interested c-n contracts with the Board in certain circumstances mentioned. There are provisions For the establishment, of a capital expenditure Fund, and grand eommisionors, and also a del erred payment Fund for gratuities or pensions on retirement to firemen or their dependants.
