Association, alter having been its first President and having been a m< niher of flic commit tee continuously for 23 years (the las( two as President). On the motion of Air Ale Elroy a resolution was adopted placing on record the Association’s appreciation of Air Cohbe.’s work, and on the motion of Air A. P. Francis, the committee were unanimously and culhusiasfienlly recommend to elect AFj. Cohhe an honorary life member
