(Per Press Association.) Hamilton, Aug. 22. The Farmers’ Auctioneering Co. has declared a 3 per cent, dividend on ordinary shares for the six-monthly period. This is taken as an indication of an improved position in the farming community, as it is the first dividend paid since the slump years
