Battel-.-—Since; our last report (dated 4th inst.), prices are 2s per cwt. lower. Price for Now Zealand salted is no 188 s, exceptional brands 190 s. Sinco our last report (dafied 3rd inst), prices to 2s per cwt lower. Quotation for New Zealand white i>s now 935. coloured 91s. SALE AT ASIIJIIJRST. Dalgety and Co. report having held a very successful dairy sale on account of Mr H. M. Tngg, Ashhurst. There was a good 'attendance. Backward and aged cows £3 os to £5 10s, fair cows £0 10s to CO, best crossbred cows £lO to £12,105, 2-year heifers £3 lo s to £"1 Gt>. Ayrshire hulls S guineas
