FARMERS INSTALLING .MOTORS
In conversation with Mr W. A. Waters chief, engineer of the Manaw-atll-6rp.ua Power Board to-day, a ''Standard", reporter was informed that many dairy farmers were anxious to commence the milking season with vleetrie motors installed in the cowsheds. Contractors under the group .system were at present installing motors on farms and applications Avere coming in rapidly. During the; past •week, a 7} h. n. motor had been fixed on a farm at lxingburn and had been running continuously since then. A fdlmongcry, had changed oyer to tlfc electric drive and was using motors developing up to 17j h, p.
