Political Peace Pact. I An outstanding feature in the mass 'of interesting news of tho outside world which we publish to-day is that which announces the arrangement oi a pact between the two sections of the Sinn Fein. This has been arranged by President Griffith and ex-Presi-dent De Valera in order that they might get on with the general elections next week. Just whether it will be a peaceful period when the elections are being held remains to be seen. Most probably a series of Donnybrook Fairs. But the other news from Ireland can only be classified as Simply Awful,
