NEED FOR AN ELECTION (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright j (Aust N.Z. Cahle Athens, May 19. M. Gounaris has resigned and M. Stratos is unable to form a Ministry. The only solution seems to be a now election, which the Venizelists domaud, hoing suro of victory, but tho present Greek Chamber is invested with tlie privileges of a National Assembly to reform the constitution and cannot be dissolved except by its own vote.
