Mr Palmer, Secretary of the Rugby Union, contradicts the cabled report that New South Wales owes the New -Zealand Rugby Union £SOO. He suggests the cable evidently meant that New Zealand made £SOO as the result of the New South Wales tour of the' Dominion.
