> MONDAY'S ELECTIONS. ] The annaul meetings of parents and others interested in the cause of primary education take place throughout the Feilding district next Monday night for the purpose of electing School Committees. We again request Chairmen or Secretaries of the Committees to send to the Star the results of the meetings. This can be done either by telegrams (endorsed "Press") or by telephone to this office, or by letter or postcard. All such interesting contributions will be thankfully received for publication.

An anonymous donor has sent a donation to the Wellington Hospital of £2OO. The gift is an annual one. The funds of the Wanganui-Waito-tara Patriotic Association now amount to £23,101.
