Tho Reds have carried forward the Russian lines to tho Onega Valley, and the Vologda Railsvay. largely osving to the mutiny of a Russian regiment, whose -commander and most of the officers svero killed by their osvn men. 500 of whom have deserted to the Reds. The North Russia Government has resigned and handed over their poss'er to General Miller.

The Bolsheviks claim the capture of Odessa, including 200 officers. 30,000 men, and 100 guns. The Bolshesdks have introduced industrial compulsion, by transforming former military* armies into labour armies at Kazan. Perm. Moscosv and Chernigov, chiefly on account of mutinies.
