BRAZIL'S VOTE.
AGAINST THE RETURN OF GERMAN COLONIES

Domicio Dagama, Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, interviewed, stated: Brizil will participate in the Peace Conference. She will be against the return of the German colonies. It is natural we shall desire' indemnification for the most of our participation in the war.
