FAMOUS YOUNG TRUMPETER
London. News has been received of the death in action of Trumpeter Jack Moylan, D.C.M., 18th Hussars, one of the youngest British soldiers, if not the youngest, to win the decoration in action.
He went with the regiment as a boy trumpeter on the outbreak of the war and won the D.C.M. in 1916 for saving wounded under fire at Ypres and also the Croix de Guerre for saving the life of a Avounded French soldier. His parents live at Farnsborough. Tavo other eons are serving.
