(Received September 8. 9.30 a.m.) . Washington, September 7. Advices from Paris state that President Poincaire and General Retain reviewed the American troops in France. • M. Poincaire alluded to the anniversaries of the battles of the Marne and General Lafayette's birth, and then shouted "Long live President Wilson! Long live the free United States I" These sentiments aroused tremendous enthusiasm.
