EQUALITY OF SERVICE.
A matter of considerable interest to Red Cross nurses was brought up at the recent executive meeting of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association. At the present time the membership is open only to male members of His Majesty's Forces who have served abroad. In view of the splendid work of the nurses serving at the front, it was decided that a recommendation be sent forward by the executive to the next conference that the constitution be amenIded to admit nurses to membership.
