Paris, May 6. The Inter-Allies joint., conference, which has been in session for the past four days, settled some of the niosb important matters affecting the Allies. Washington, May 6. The first war conference of the Allies and America discussed the proposed expeditionary force. A decision v was not reached. Paris, May 6. M. Bibot stated that the next Allied parliamentary conference will be held in Petrograd; when it was hoped that China, Japan, and the South American republics, would send delegates.
