A farmer in the Rongotea district w : shes to know the best trees to plant for a break-wind. Mr 0. A. Banner, Agricultural Instructor, recommends the blue gum as a quick grower, or, of the pines, tho miirieata as making tho best shelter, though for the first few years the insignis (radiata) grows faster.
