Cheese.—Market remains firm; Canadian, steady market, Oils to 100s; New Zealand, market firm with upward tendency, white 97s to 98s, coloured 98s; English, Cheddar linn market 106s to llfte, Cheshire very scarce 114s to 120s; United States." market firm with upward tendency, 90s to 975, flats 95s to 965. 'On' March 1 the estimated Canadian and United States cheese stocks in London, Liverpool and Bristol were 96,000 boxes against 78,000 boxes at the same time last year. The New Zealand and Australian cheese stocks in London and Bristol were 31.000 crates as against 1d,7000 crates last year.
