BX K_KOTBIO TE_KGBAr_. —OOFTBIfIBi. rEB PKEBB ABSOOHXION. Loudon. March 2. The death is announced of Dowager Queen Elizabeth (better known as "Carmen Syiva") of Roumania. She was known throughout the world as one of its most gifted poets. Born in Germany in December, 1.13. a daughter of Prince Herman of Wied. she married, in 1869. Prince Charles of Roumania, who died last year without issue. A nephew succeeded him.
