lliail COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS. Wellington, -February 1. Tho High Commissioner reports.— North of Arras two enemy grenade attacks during the night, west of Hill 1-10, failed. In the Champagne the Allies' artillery bombarded the trenches north of Proiues. In the course of the action, explosions were seen iit lour points on the enemy's front. Jn the Aigonne, there has been mine lighting at Haute Chavauchee. On tJio explosion of a German mine the French countermined and destroyed an enemy gallery.
