Tho Labour Conference unanimously adopted an Independent Labour Party resolution in favour of covering the cost of the war as far as poss-Me with current revenue, by meatus of heavier graduated taxation, a special tax oa land values, an Increaso in estate duties, graduated taxation on capital, the State acquisition of railways, mines, shipping, banking, amd insurance.
