PEE FB£8« ABBOOIATIOM. Gisborue, March 0, The wool gale conducted yesterday afternoon was the best ever held in Gisobrne. An ordinary catalogue was submitted and eleven buyers were present, |including representatives of Auckland, Napier,and Hastings firms. Competition was keen and prices were a penny to a penny halfpenny higher than the previous sale, and stated to bo twopence higher than last Napier sale. The top prices realised were for fleece 13d, lambs 13d, and crutchings locks 7Jd, dead 10|d, pieces 9d 4 slipe skins ftides 9 1-
