GORTON'S WEEKLY REPORT.

During the past week we held our yard sales at Bulls, Hrinterville and Feilding. At each centre we submitted a full .yarding in sheep, the entries of cattle being less than usual. At Bulls, the sale dragged, and prices showed a decline. At Hunterville, we quitted the whole of our entry. At the start bidding was lifeless, but improved towards the close. At Feilding, the quality of the sheep yarded was for the most part inferior. All good hits in sound breeding ewes and forward lambs were in demand and prices were fully maintained.' Badmouth ewes and interior lambs were hard to quit. In cattle, we quitted practically the whole of our offering, but the demand was not keen. Quotations :-—
