A Vienna ielegram states that a plot has been discovered among Aus-tro-Hungaiians to receive offers of Slav nationality and bring about a settlement with Russia.. The conspirators belong to a Republican organisation, whose object is to transform the monarchy into a confederacy. -The General' Staff ordered live of the conspirators to be shot, but the pickets refused to carry out the order, and a mutiny resulted, as mentioned in a message on the 2nd'-iusl. [The message cabled on the 2nd — it came from Paris—stated: A Prague telegram states that the 91st Czech Regiment refused to go to Galicia, and mutinied. All the superior officers and many of the juniors /were massacred. The mutineers were sub-jected--to -terrible'reprisals, and tho remnants of the regiment sent to tho Roumanian frontier.]
