The papers predict that the main German Ueet will enter the Baltic aud operate against Russia. The Krouistadt Viestink says: "We are on the eve of a very big event. Wo shall sco the German fleet hastening from one sea to another, under a blow from tho English fleet and resistance from our own." Russians state that the German system of utilising air craft consists of sending aeroplanes to photograph and map the positions, and Zeppelins follow and drop bombs where most damage is imflictible.
