CHANGING A TANNER.
Tito Nelson Evening Mail has receive! a letter lYom Mr Felix Tanner, from London, pointing out that lie is not the Tanner who proposed nuuviage to Mrs Panklmrst. The man who proposed was Dr Tanner, a- fasting man, well-known in America since 1880. Mr Felix Tanner has never been in America, and it was in that country the alleged proposal was made; moreover, Mrs Pankhurst is an utter stranger to him.
