THE CIVIL LIST.
This morning Mr J.';W. Poynton, S.M., gave judgment 1% plaintiff in the following unclefende.lvcivil cases: —Laura Martin v. A. J-jFozev, rent, £12 12s, costs £1 10s'.'yd; Feilding Borough Council v. Louisa Wahle, £2 6s 9d, costs lis. In "the judgment summons cases David • Wadsworth, who did not appear, was ordered to pay Collingwood and Son (Mr Ongiey) £3 7s Id forthwith" in default 4 days imprisonment, order to he suspended if £2 per month he paid. W. Hurst did not appear and was ordered to pay Ashworth (Mr Ongiey) £9 2s 5d iovwiih in default 10 days imprisonment, order to he suspended if £2 per month be paid. Walter Stock was examined by .Mv Ongiey and ordered, to pay C. Robson £18 7s 6cl by instalments of £2 per montii. "Mr Ongiey on behalf, of Mrs M. McFarlano examined R. Fowler (Mr Graham) on a claim of £3 12s 5d but the application of an order for payment was refused.
