This morning' Mr John Graham, who appeared for a feminin 6 applicant for an order of separation from her husband, introduced a high Gilbertan vein into his prelimimyy address when describing the eccentric nature of defendant's disposition. Counsel stated that the. family ■ relations had not been "satisfactory for so nip time, attributable to the emphatic manner in whicli defendant ventilated his temper and on one occasion a calling neighbour, on arrival, found several smashed plates and saucers on the floor whilst two poached eggs were serenely attached to tlio ceiling of the kitchen.
