OLD QUESTION REVIVED. BY ELiiCTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. (Received March 25, 10.40 a.m.) Sydney, March 25. The Tasmanian Rowing Association has asked the Neiv South Wales Association to support the application of the New Zealand oarsman to bo allowed to row with the Tasmanian crew for the forthcoming championship, in Victoria. It is understood that the executive replied to the effect that each competitor must sign the necessary declaration set out by the Interstate _ Conference, which revives the question: Are the New Zealand oarsmen amateurs according to the New South Wales definition ?
