Another City Inspector has been suspended for alleged neglect of his duties in connection with an outJ'break of plague. A ratcatcher at Newcastle has developed a suspicious illness. He arrived there a few cfays since from Sydney, where he was engaged in ratcatching at Wearne's ' flourmill, where several cases of the disease ori- | ginated.
