Information has been received here that negotiations for the settlement of the Blackball strike have fallen through. Instructions have been given by the Labour Department to collect tho fine of £75 imposed on the Union by the Arbitration Court. If the Union fails to pay, then the men are to be proceeded against individually uiitil the amount is collected.
