SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
Two Men Injured. A serious accident occurred at the railway crossing on the Kimbolton road at 2 p.m. this afternoon, whereby two' men,, named Robert Somerville and H. Salmon were seriously injured. , , It appears that Salmon, who works for Mrs M. A. Kirton, was driving towards his » mployer's place just a« the 2 p.m. goods train passed over the orossing. His horse shied and sw erved round, colliding with Somerville's trap, aud both conveyances were capsized. The men were seriously injured. Sommerville was taken to his home in an express, and, Salmon was placed in a cab and Dr. MoAllum was summoned. # _...-, Somerville was driving in Stobies bteaking-in conveyance at the tune, of the occurrence ' For some time after the accident,Salmon was bleeding at the mowi, and appearances at present go to show that he is seriously injured.
