RONGOTEA.
(Our Own Correspondent.) In my yesterday's notes I had the "Rev. Mr Davice," which should have been the " Rev. Mr Daniel." I hear Mr W. H. Gardener, of Rongotea, has disposed of his dairy farm, 105 acres, to Mr C. Stern, ot the satisfactory figure of £29 10s per aare. Mr C. Hopping, who has just disposed of his farm at Taikorea, has purchased Mr Hy. Sanson's property at Rongotea, the price being £30 per acre.
