PLOT AGAINST THE CZAR. fBY BLKCTBIC TCUtGB&PH— COPYWGHX.] [FBA PRBSB ASSOCIATION.] (Reoeived May 24th, 8.37 a.m.) St. Petersburg, May 23, In connection with the recent plot of a Russian girl student and a revolutionary, who offered £800 to a member of the CoAack bodyguard if he would assassinate the Czar during his sleep, by the direction of Prince Trubezkey, the Commander of the Palace Guards, the oossack haggled for £1000. When about to mount guard in the evening was fixed at the time for the attempt. The conspirators handed' his two infernal fachines, the sice or watches, with directions to place them beneath the beds of the Czar and Czarivitch. The authorities then made numerous arrests.
