i NOMINATIONS FOR NORTH ISLAND TEAM. [PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 13. The following Wellington players have been nominated for places in the North Island team.— Backs: G. A fetter was read at last night's meeting of tho Wanganui Rugby Union, from the Rangitikei SubUnion, with reference to the Bulls Club proposing to play for "the Foxton Sub-Union, which is under the Manawatu Union. The secretary reported that he had notified the secretary of the Rangitikei Union that the Bulls Football Club could not play for Foxton Sub-Union, as the club was situated in this Union's district. The secretary's action was erdorsad, and it was resolved that a letter be sent confirming the wire The Sub-Union's letter also state,! that a deputation would wait on tho Wanganui Union with reference to constitution, boundaries, etc. It was decided to receive the deputation at a future meeting, and discuss the several matters referred to.
