THE MEMBER FOR GALWAY.
Telegraph Press Association Copyright London, June 8. Mr Arthur Lynch, member for Galway City, in a letter from Pans to the Speaker of the House of Commons, confesses that he went further than others in his sympathy for the Boers in their struggle for independence, and overstepped the bounds of legality. In the matter of the tribunal before which he should appear to be dealt with he leaves himself at the Speaker's disposal.
